Mr. Milich earned Master’s degrees from the School of Education at Harvard University and the School of Industrial Labor Relations at Cornell University, and his B.S. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
Mr. Milich has helped large global clients optimize their workforce, attract and retain top talent, ensure equity in their reward programs, identify and develop bench strength for critical roles, and develop and implement programs that motivate a high performing workforce.
Mr. Milich is a global leader in job evaluation, consulting to some of the world’s largest and most complex companies. He has also developed career paths and career development programs that promote the attraction and development of top technical talent.
Mr. Milich also leads our Strategic Workforce Planning Practice in the U.S. In this role, he helps organizations determine the number and types of talent needed to execute their business strategy.
Mr. Milich has particular expertise working with Information Technology functions on the unique issues facing this workforce. His focus is on helping transform IT organizations; optimizing their performance through improvements in people, structure and processes. He has helped redesign leading IT organizations, and develop attraction and retention strategies for scarce and critical roles and skill sets.
Mr. Milich was a Vice President with Hay Group prior to joining Korn Ferry Hay Group. Prior to Hay Group, he worked in positions in organization development, compensation, recruitment and computer operations at Philip Morris Companies, Inc., Mr. Milich also held the position of employment recruiter at Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith.
