Ted Power is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at iCoachFirst. As a recognized thought leader and trusted adviser, Ted also provides insightful counsel to a variety of organizations, including GlaxoSmithKline, Merck, Sanofi-Aventis, Johnson & Johnson, Panasonic, and the U.S. Military (Army Rangers).
With over 15 years of leadership and consulting experience in Talent Management/Organizational Development, Ted has led large-scale global initiatives, including the development and implementation of enterprise-wide competency systems that require the engagement of broad stakeholder groups to ensure optimal organizational adoption.
Ted’s expertise includes behavioral assessment application and interpretation, leadership and team development, organizational analyses and assessment, competency model development and deployment, executive coaching, and sales force effectiveness programs.
Ted graduated from Dickinson College with a B.A. in Political Science. Prior to joining TalentFirst in 1996, he worked as a Sales and Marketing professional in the Human Resource Consulting and Retail industries.
