Tara Hankinson, Head of Customer Experience at Hopsy, leads the strategy, design, execution and analysis of products and services to improve the customer experience. In this role, Tara is focused on creating a best-in-class customer experience, from onboarding through moments of truth and win-back opportunities. She develops solutions from insights and leads innovation from data to strategy to implementation and measurement. Tara champions a customer-centric culture through cross-company collaboration and harnessing the Voice of the Customer. Prior to joining Hopsy, she led CX at The New York Times and focused on customer technology solutions at PwC.
