With a background in Finance and Corporate Recruiting, Stephanie has held various roles within Talent in her 2 1/2 years at TrueCar, most recently as Program Manager of Talent Acquisition. In this function she is responsible for managing the execution of strategic imperatives related to positioning our brand to attract the best talent, Talent Acquisition operating processes, metrics, reporting and cost. Additionally, Stephanie leads the design, implementation and tracking of TrueCar’s Orientation classes, focused on educating new talent on our culture, values, people happenings, and business landscape. With the substantial growth of the business over the last few years and focus on internal infrastructure, Stephanie has been able to lead many initiatives around policy within the Company’s Talent Acquisition team, one of the most recent being her partnership with Move Guides to help TrueCar provide a positive and energizing experience to its new talent, in alignment with its value to Serve Passionately.
