Maggie Reim joined TD Ameritrade’s Human Resources department in January 2018 as part of the Scottrade acquisition. She currently serves as the Managing Director of Broadbased Compensation and Human Capital Management Systems. Prior to officially joining TD Ameritrade, Maggie served as the Vice President, Total Rewards for Scottrade. This role encompassed the functional areas of Compensation, Benefits, Retirement, Relocation and Employee Recognition.
Maggie works to empower leadership to hire and retain a highly engaged and productive workforce by providing Total Rewards and Talent Management strategies with confidence and integrity. As a result of her work, Maggie is recognized as a strong leader who demonstrates solid judgment and the ability to effectively develop her team.
Maggie graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Master of Business Administration. She holds a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from World at Work, a Professional in Human Resources designation from the HR Certification Institute, and she is actively pursuing the Certified Benefits Professional designation. She graduated from the Scottrade Leadership Development Program in 2016, and has been recognized twice as a YWCA Special Leader.
Outside of work, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and resides in St. Louis with her husband and three children.
