Lisa Black is a Managing Consultant within IBM’s Smarter Workforce, focusing on both the Global Survey practice, as well as Talent Insights powered by Watson. Ms. Black has handled many aspects of survey and analysis process from data science to application and interpretation of results. She has worked with organizations both large and small across many industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, finance and insurance, and retail. She has an extensive background in psychometrics and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
