Linda, born in the inner city of Detroit, Michigan, began her career as a special needs educator, assisting in the creation of the 766 laws protecting children of difference. Gaining an extensive healthcare background as a special needs teacher, Linda was recruited into the business world. Linda joined JWG Associates in 1988 and led the growth from one office to 15 locations in North America and Mexico. JWG sold in 2001, to TMP Worldwide/Monster Worldwide. In 2002, Linda joined Webhire as their COO and created a health care product for the ATS.
Currently, Linda is a Managing Partner of Gazelle Strategic Partners, LLC, a Strategic Planning Organization, focusing on Human Capital Strategic Planning. Linda has developed and implemented sales methodology, marketing plans and many tools for recruiting and retaining employees as well as connecting the dots to the bottom line. Recently Linda has been addressing senior leaders to assist in designing their Diversity recruitment and marketing efforts, along with building internal Diversity councils.
Linda has spoken at various business associations, as well as at the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration. She has worked with numerous organizations building their Diversity strategies, as well and senior education leaders about Diversity in Healthcare.
Linda has a BA degree from Wayne State University and resides with her husband, Stewart, in Hudson, MA as well as Naples, FL.
