Dr. Brajkovich is a WW Executive in IBM’s Talent and Collaboration Business, focusing on Talent Management Solutions and Watson Talent. Leo leads C-level consulting with clients on applying talent-focused cognitive technologies to transform HR and drive business forward. IBM Watson technologies are pioneering the use of cognitive computing that understands reasons, learns and interacts. Combining the human mind with cognitive systems that assist with ingesting and interpreting massive amounts of data yields “augmented intelligence” that has no equal. This development is changing human capital strategy forever, and business must learn to seamlessly assemble a human and “virtual” workforce.
