Lauren Bidwell, Ph.D. is a Research Scientist, Human Capital Management Research for SAP SuccessFactors. Her role involves driving innovative thinking and best practices around talent management and the use of technology to support effective talent management decisions. Lauren has engaged with dozens of customer organizations around the world and is an active author and presenter on topics related to HCM such as team performance, group-based decision-making, compensation decisions and collaborative learning. Lauren received her Ph.D. in Experimental and Decision-Making Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois.
