Andy Lee is Chief Mindfulness Officer at Aetna. Our mandate is to bring the benefits of mindfulness to Aetna’s employees, members and other stakeholders, and to embed and reinforce the principles of mindfulness in our culture in a way that encourages openness, authenticity and engagement among all our staff. We accomplish this by developing and implementing training programs, communication forums, workplace tools and practices, and other resources that are promote mindfulness in a way that is practical, impactful and accessible.
Prior to coming to Aetna, Andy was Head of Talent Management for Global Business Technology at Merrill Lynch, Founding Partner at Working Mindfully and Senior Consultant for the Potential Project.
